About CNOIRÈ

CNOIRÈ is an independent accessories brand founded by Cindy Noir on April 30, 2026, her 30th birthday. Built around distinctive design, crochet craftsmanship, and a devotion to intentional whimsy, the brand creates handbags designed to feel as memorable as the people carrying them.

The story of CNOIRÈ began during an unexpected period of transition.

In March 2026, Cindy learned that she would be laid off from her job, with her final day scheduled for May. With a career change approaching, she began giving more attention to a creative practice that had long existed alongside her work in media: crochet.

On April 30, CNOIRÈ officially became part of that next chapter.

In September, after a few months of low sales and frustration from repeated closing doors, Cindy decided to pivot in her social media content and began creating freely and sharing more of the handbags she was designing and crocheting. Her audience watched the experimentation happen in real time and through the new shapes, experimentation, and a willingness to daringly create, Thee Beariette was created and history was made.

The Beariette, a petite bear-eared crochet handbag, was an experiment that quickly became something much larger. Posts featuring the design gained attention, customers began ordering, and what had been a developing creative brand suddenly found its signature product.

Demand for Thee Beariette quickly grew and after only a couple weeks of selling, CNOIRÈ paused sales to process orders, and prepare for the unexpected demand. What began with one woman and a crochet hook soon required more hands.

Today, CNOIRÈ is a growing team of four women: Cindy and three skilled crocheters who work together to handcraft the brand's handbags. Each piece is produced through a hands-on process, allowing the craftsmanship that established the brand to remain central as CNOIRÈ grows.

The Beariette has since opened the door to an expanding world of CNOIRÈ designs, and philanthropy. Starting in October, CNOIRÈ will dedicate one special Beariette handbag design to donate a portion of the sales to a non-profit organization located in the Metro Atlanta Area. Here at CNOIRÈ we believe in whimsy with a purpose and we thank you for supporting.

About the Founder

Cindy Noir is a content creator, speaker, emcee, podcast host, and creative based in Atlanta.

She first built her audience through digital storytelling and cultural commentary, developing a conversational style that has grown into a career both online and onstage. Her work has been featured by Forbes, VOX, and The New York Times, and she has appeared on The Jennifer Hudson Show.

As a speaker and emcee, Cindy is known for bringing that same conversational approach into the room creating experiences that encourage audiences to participate, think, and continue the conversation long after an event ends.

CNOIRÈ represents another dimension of that creative career. Cindy serves as the brand's Founder and Creative Director, developing its products, visual identity, campaigns, and creative direction while building the infrastructure necessary to take what began as handmade experimentation into a growing accessories company.
